Formatting is not a matter of taste if the generated IV ends up less readable than the original article. It's not possible for a reader to tell that these blocks of text are quotes at all.
Unfortunately, this is a valid issue.
Since no template could parse this website perfectly, this domain will have no winners in the first contest.
