It seems that this page needs an Instant View.

It's a categories page (sort of) with additional festivals "contest" materials. Yes, it looks like an article, but in reality, it's a list page with long intro and poll (poll is over at this moment). The authors of the site do not consider this page as an article (og:type=website). Most likely, the poll would not work in any case, because it was an iframe or something dynamic stuff.

So, I think this issue is invalid. Telegram IV more focused on real articles, rather than list-like pages with potentially unsupported things.
