This image is not appears as a cover on the source website and being "aside" image (not directly below the title).
And this image is not suitable for being a cover because of small resolution on others page (300x200, example https://zn.ua/UKRAINE/v-mvd-podveli-itogi-antikorrupcionnoy-operacii-arestovany-11-chelovek-249565_.html).
