It's not wrong, it's the same date/time of the original webpage with timezone support (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-1-2-date-and-time).

Also "preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser" (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-1-2-date-and-time) but it's not obligatory.
