The first paragraph is not a part of the article body, instead it is explicitly marked as the "description" of the article. Note that the description of the article has already been set on the IV page's "description" property. Therefore it's up to IV page rendering mechanism to decide whether to include the description inside the article body or just use it within the preview pane.
