- The first paragraph is not a part of the article body. Actually, it is marked as the description of the document and therefore was mapped to the "description" property of the IV page. In other words, it's up to Telegram IV rendering algorithm (or such a thing) to decide whether the description should be displayed within the article body or it should just be included within the preview pane.
