There are sites that include a random or "related" video at the bottom of every other article. But it's not the case here.
This video is a part of content. It's thematically connected to the rest of content and isn't marked as extraneous in any way.
Converting it to <related> link is just wrong.
Firstly, it's not a link, it's an embedded video.
Secondly, <related> is separated from the rest of content, and even might be omitted from IV; it's not suitable for anything that can't be removed without disrupting the article's integrity.
