Static page that is not going to change

- This should be put through admin I guess. My point is: if you ask someone about the new phone of some club or store and throws you this link you will get stale data. This is not right. Ads and stuff have static content that's not changing, address can't change, photos can't - it just would be a totally different ad. While these pages have data that are not static in long term.
