This image is only 278x300 while better quality image could be get from srcset attribute.

- I believe i saw someone saying that Telegram IV engine also reads the srcset automatically and picks the best. Anyway its not that important since thats how its displayed there and no much different in quality.

- There is no support for srcset yet. It might come in the future.
Until that happens, please fetch the highest quality from srcset yourself.
