The date of publication must be shown on IV page if the date of publication is mentioned anywhere in the source (including meta tags).

- There is a issue with the website meta tags not my rule. Actually their put invalid datetime value in the content of article:published:time metatag. So our rules can't fetch correct datetime.

- For the sake of consistency, the Gregorian date should be used for any articles that mention it in the source.
