Link preview description: in this case (for the video category) must be used all text before media, since "В этом выпуске:" is meaningless.

- There was used predefined IV rule for the description: text from first paragraph.
And, in general, in the video category, first paragraph contains enough text for the preview, see:

So "all text before media" must not be used for the entire video category, it's just an exceptional case.
Also, I don't think to count characters in the first paragraph or use the entire text before the first media is a good idea as it has not been done in the predefined IV rule.
