missing link on img

- Checklist 6.3.1 does not require to keep a link on the images.
This image just duplicates the link provided 3 paragraphs above. User that got interested in this ad won't lose ability to register on conference. (...which was held a month ago)
Moreover, there's even no visible differences between image with link and without. Even if there was link on image, most of users even won't notice it.
In my opinion, this article does not lose anything in design or functionality without that link on image.
