- I don't think that's correct.
Video is a completely different UX from that of those embeds (presuming that it's even guarantied that gifs.com embeds will always have mp4 video underneath).
Telegram is very likely to extend it's list of supported embeds. When it adds gifs.com, mine template would work as intended. Yours will still show inferior videos.
