This page can have an IV, look at my template

- Indeed, your template can generate an IV, but the video is really lowres there (426x240). In fact it's technically impossible to get the highres video working because of "Resource fetch failed" errors(maybe it's because of the size of the file? hq videos here are around 60 MB).
Actually there's no separate rule for that in checklist, but I believe the image quality section shares the same rules:
6.2.1 Image quality
When several image resolutions are available, the IV page should use better quality images.
If for some reason it is only technically possible to obtain low-resolution versions of images (lower than 320px) for a page, on which high-resolution images are available on the web, **the page should not generate an IV.**
