Missing <strong> text

- Broken layout, <img> in <strong> is not a regular situation & not an example of correct using of tags.
There can be a lot of tags crashing because of <img> inside: <strong>, <b>, <i>, <h1-h6> etc. As you probably know, @simplify doesn't like images in <p> and other tags above, so we need to replace tags to <div> or <span> or something else to keep content order.
The most likely rule in this situation - wrap text() in parent's tag before replacing parent, but I think it is madness to do this monkey job for 7+ possible tags in every template only because the editor has done something wrong with the markup in a few articles (your example is the first I've seen).
