This looks more like subtitle, so some different styles should be applied (at least make the text bolder).

- Although it really looks like a subtitle, the about-us/contact-us pages are not the main focus of the contest. Declining a template for a minor issue on a non-target website seems just unfair. If that behaviour does lead to serious understanding/formatting issues, we might consider the issue.
