Table caption rendered as normal text

- this is not a issue.
in the original article, it is also not a caption to the table.
It is simply an "h2" tag that has no elements by which to identify it.
You will not make it a caption if it will be before the image?
It is not enough that this element is simply located before the table.
But if before it will be what the paragraph with the text? or it will be h3, h4, etc.
