Invalid table display

- A good portion of articles on this website contain mobile app reviews. In this articles a small summary about the app is displayed in form of cards. The layout of these cards are 2-column tables.
Small modifications were made to keep these cards in the IV:
1) The columns are displayed vertically. The second column, which contains app thumbnail and download link, is displayed under the first column, which contains a summary for the app.
2) In the source, the app rating is displayed in form of an inline image with a number of stars. Since IV doesn't currently support inline images, this rating is shown as image with caption.
