This site often uses <blockquote> tag in the end to put related articles ("Читайте также"). Those should've been made into <related>. These things do not have any class/attribute on them and done/formated by hand. Because of that it's impossible to have riliable solution for that. Better to leave as is than remove too much by error. Examples where your template fails:
