Counters in figcaptions are rudimentary and should be removed.

- I wish it were more clear what should or should not be included. I didn't see anywhere in the checklist saying that counters must be removed. They appear below the photo and look like a caption, so I thought they should be saved.

- If it's possible to identify counters, they should get removed.
