Paragraph with empty paragraph as prev-sibling is not correct criteria to detect author of quote. It has no specific classes and looks like regular blockquote paragraph. Wrapping paragraph which mathes this criteria (prev-sibling::p[.=" "]) in <cite> is dirty & incorrect decision.
