- I think, admin is wrong. because this website using blockquote tag for every element like blockquote or pullquote. they're changing the style of the blockquote to an another style like that is a pullquote.

in this url, they're using "<h5>" header tag for a long blockquote as you can see. if we use this as presented in the original article, we will failed too. so, we should change some things to the valid things. because we're making "perfect templates", right?
pullquotes are short parts of the blockquotes or an interesting sentence sample related to the article. that sample marked by you is a blockquote but this website presents it as a blockquote and then changes its style with css style codes like it is a pullquote. I hope, that is enough.
