- no problem dude. pullquotes are small quotes related or unrelated to the article. they're good to take attention or consolidate the topic or just can be a small part of the full blockquote to take attention to pullquoted sentence.

Pullquote is a brief, it's like a subheading. U can be 100% sure that it is pullquote if u can meet its text in previous or next paragraphs. So this is just a quote. I made it <aside> because it is similar to site design. I'm not sayin you are not right, but I want admin to accept this issue to everybody if it is so critical.
