- Firstly: Since the author is not located anywhere in the article nor in the meta tags (Only extractable from the script tag). This makes author name optional according to this similar issue:

Secondly: According to checklist 6.1.1:
"...Names of actual people are always preferable over entity names like ‘team’ or the name of the website."
Basically if you add up these two points I wrote you get the result:
Since it was optional in the first place and actual people name wasn't presented anywhere in the source. Me adding the entity name as an author is optional and not an issue.
