Because there is no way to represent blockquote with list inside it.

I decided to replace the quote in those places where there is such a list. And such places are few.
There is no loss of information.

And you removed list in your template. Do I now complain about this? I do not think so.

Blockquote formatting doesn't make much sense when the whole article is a quote as it is here.
