You can get the highest quality image in your templates! This image is of poor quality.

- I do not consider this a serious omission, since this is the size of the image displayed in the original. In fact, the template does not need to be rejected.

- The original page uses these low res photos as thumbnails which link to the higher res photos.
The IV format does not support image links. Thumbnails / low res photos will show up as blurry and potentially upscaled in IV, which does not look good. So if the higher res photos are accessible, they must be displayed in the IV rather than the thumbnails.
Template 10 supports showing high res photos rather than thumbnails, even for newer articles, such as this:

Unfortunately, this is a valid issue, so this template will need to be declined, sorry about this.
