I'm not sure about this, but we should probably not generate an IV with this widget, because at some point it will be supported properly by telegram

This blockquote keeps its class that is specific for this widget, so Telegram will have no problem converting it to a widget (in the same manner that it converts <blockquote class="twitter-tweet">, <blockquote class="instagram-media">, etc.).
P.S. Why it can't be converted to <related>—because it has preceding text sometimes, and if the related page is not supported, it would be hanging without the following link (for example, https://www.bluerating.com/mercati/548447/unicredit-e-adiconsum-sulla-strada-delleducazione-finanziaria).
