It's blockquote. In the source this text is also in the blockquote tag. But you changed it to pullquote.

Why for you the priority of the element's class is higher than the element itself?

Pullqoute: a key phrase in the article

In this case it's blockquote.

There are two types of quotes on this site, one similar to pullquote, the other to blockquote. It is not possible to determine what exactly is inserted by the author of the article in the blockquote, and what is in pullquote. Therefore, my template forms one quote as a pullquote, and another as a blockquote, depending on the type of site.
