Strange content

- If you open developer tools , you will see this content impossible to wrapped related tag, because this content is come in p tag and this tag don't have any classes or any attribute to catch. So I can't to risk to wrap related tag this content , because of any other article their come some important information dependent article .
And also the checklist says :
We will not accept issues on whether or not links formatted as “Related articles” are thematically related enough or static enough.

- It's acceptable to not wrap links that can't be identified in related. However in this case the link is out of context, since other one and "Материалы по теме" have been formatted as related. There are 2 options: to format both links and text as related or leave them as they are.
