Initially, this is n issue of the site authors, because they copied the content from another site and work with it in WYSIWYG.
The author did not see the image of the button (+) (class = BPlus) because on this site there are no necessary CCS, as in the original site.
This is a sporadic and isolated case. It is not real to select every case, and we should not correct the issues of the authors of the site!

The authors of Brasil247 make Copy&Paste content from other sites and do it not very carefully :(

I agreed with the template author this issue is caused by copy-pasted markup. It's not possible to predict such cases in the template.
Technically this 1 px image isn't from this site, so we can't apply the same logic as for those mentioned issues.
