Page with unsupported video must not be generated

- There is no Video here as far as I can see
At the bottom there is one, but it's not related to the article in any way, it might be no advertisment, but it's a kind of 'read more'; a video thats recommended for the article
I've ruled this area out from the start as this bottom content doesn't relate to the rest of the article

- There is a video at the bottom of the page. It should either be displayed or marked as unsupported if it can't be displayed in IV.

While you are right that the content is more of a "related" video, it could also be important content - check this url for example:
