In blockquote image goes with some text after it. But template show at first image and only after that all text of blockquote including in the middle text that next to image in original

It is an bug in IV platform. When the image is inside some tags (<li>, <blockquote>, maybe other) it is moved outside. Of course it is possible to make some workaround. But why? 1 bugfix is better than 100 workarounds.
