Темата накратко means Subject briefly .
2. Инфографика means Infographics and why not a header if the website developers made it as a header and it's not a button or javascript to be removed it's part of the main article and every Infographics have this header, in my opinion changing it means changing part of the article.
3. nothing in caption check list say any thing about author
