it not the subtitle!

Since the date of publication must be shown on IV page (it's an essential content as per perfect template checklist), if there is no subtitle, the template renders the publication date as subtitle. The date here is Jalaali date, so it cannot be converted to unix date. The page has no subtitles, so I think it's fine. Here's the rules from Instant View Checklist:
"The subtitle must be shown on IV page IF a subtitle exists in the source."
"The date of publication must be shown on IV page if the date of publication is mentioned"
