This image has the "small" class. This image doesn't have a link to the original file. Hmmmm
As an average user, I wouldn't like it if I stumbled upon this while reading an article: https://imgur.com/a/LMxxb2E
These images have all reasons to have the "small" class and should be converted into <pic> (well, unless they have a link to original).

You think that this image is too small, really? When a really small image appears on the page, I handle it, but this is not even near to be so small. https://telegra.ph/file/6d9b1f344fc63a4fe8900.jpg Here you see how it looks on my phone. It's much better than just using pics.
