Related tags must be removed

- In the Perfect Template Checklist there are no mentions of hashtags having to be removed. These are not the same as "Related articles", since they are not just related, they represents the tags of the current article.
They are properly separated and correctly rendered. I cannot see any reason these links would represent a problem.

- Category tags should be removed either way. They are not essential content.
Category tags also usually lead to dynamic pages which do not generate IV. So category tags by nature would be taking users out of IV as well.
