Rating should be removed, seems it is dynamic. Even the most popular apps can lose or gain a star depending on the update. This may potentially be misleading for the user.

I don't think so. The author of this plugin claims that data are cached so it can be considered static enough.

Removing it could be a mistake. The difference in rating between android app and apple app reflects the implementation quality for different devices that can be mentioned in the article.
