description is wrong, this page have not description

- the description has been fetched from meta[@property="og:description"], removing this meta tag is not a reliable solution. I think keeping this is better than nothing.
If a page had a meaningful description only in the meta tag, your solution will fail in that case.

- It seems to be a common issue for "Today's Cartoon" category. Since share number is dynamic and has no sense for IV, the description from meta must be removed for this category (identify it by path)
