it pulled out from the first paragraph, I think it is better served as it places (whether as pullquote or as quote/blockquote) not as subtitle, since it is not subtitle.

The Checklist recommends using bold or italic text, or no formatting at all. Pull quotes have a semantic meaning of its own, meaning text that is taken from the content in order to highlight it (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pull_quote).
