Nothing can tell you that PTI is the author(html class has no class "author", no title "author's name here bro", etc)
also meta tag with name "creator" has content "deccanchronicle", not "PTI"
6.1. Author name
Author name is required only if it is presented in the source article in a clear way (at the top of the page, at the very end of the text, etc.), especially if there's a name of an actual person.
