Figcaption missing

- There is no any specific tags, that allow to say that it's figcaption for sure.
Thinking that each paragraph after image with text wraped into <em> is figcaption is unreliable solution, that may lead to nonsense captions.
It's becomes obviously urelaible when you look at few article pages — all these "captions" are formated by hand in differenet ways. There is no good solution for this, so it's better to leave as text.
