- supporting subdomain is good if the layout is not a mess or in other word almost identical with main domain.
and no. it's not the same class and layout.
it's different.
if admin can see my code, i comment body for this subdomain.
and i do track subdomain from two mentioned above.
i change my mind entirely from supporting those when i found a few more mess or very different layout to support. notable mention is that multipage on subdmain is not the same as main one.
i once submit issue to other template about supporting subdomain and it is declined :(
but idk admin verdict here. i hope it's optional too.
p/s: i don't think it's ~40% of the site. main site already have a lots of categories.

- wwww.parenting.dream.co.id
- www.travel.dream.co.id
Their layouts are exactly the same with higher level domain. If you won't generate website losees ~40% content
