Header inside blockquote should be formatted properly. In your template it looks like a regular paragraph.

- IV is not supporting any headers inside of blockquote, it's a normal thing. You can't prepare for all possible tags inside of the blockquote. If you bold it, it will blend with the bold that is below.
Also, this is not an issue, it's just a minor cosmetic thing. Very minor, it actually looks really good as is now, stands out quite well.
