- These blocks are NOT dynamic. And that issue was ACCEPTED.
Anyway I deleted releases block because it can be updated too frequently. But top block is static and it provides links to "-latest" files.

- These blocks are indeed dynamic (check http://imgur.com/a/SPoMa). New versions get added there as soon as they are available.
Removing them just removes important content.

My template contains only top block, which provides links to "-latest" files. So it is not dynamic.

- Your template doesn't contain these dynamic blocks, the problem is that it generates IV without them, while this content is essential for the article. These blocks shouldn't be removed, no IV should be generated instead.
