this page contains a very dynamic javascript screenshot comparison, which I don't think can be properly rendered as a slideshow

- There's no reason to not generate an IV for this page. The screenshot comparison tool is not essential on mobile devices.
Nobody would want to compare screenshots pixel-by-pixel on mobile phones. If they open this link in a mobile browser, they still won't be able to do so, because of screen resolution of the device they're watching these pics on.
If Telegram would be a desktop-only application, I would think different way (there is no instant view button in the desktop app, btw).
