This text is outside the paragraph with the picture.
In situations like this https://for-ua.com/article/1167929 caption in one paragraph with a picture and its ok.
But technically here it is just the text outside and there is no certainty that p[style=''text-align: center;''] always used for captions.
Therefore, I think it illogical and may be problematic in the future.
