- This is fairly static content (2 votes in 2 days, 1 update a day is fairly static) and is essential to the review of the game as it shows the gamers appreciation of the game.
A typical reader, a gamer, want's to know how other gamers rate the game.

- I still feel like it's important and fairly static, it's not like comments or list of dynamic articles, IV is designed to update the pages in the cache from time to time and this is an ideal situation. In a couple of days any article in it's whole with all info preserved will be static and no information lost (like the user score).
I hope you are checking all the previous issues I've signalled to Giovanni that he commented out like a non-issue but then in next template fixed (like articles with a gallery that loaded max 30 images). Also, he is using a lower quality video of what is available. My template uses better once.

It's dynamic because both the number of voters (2, now) and the vote itself may change from the publishing time.
It's not essential because the whole review is based on the author thoughts so only his vote is relevant.
