I dont have an idea how I can moderate all possible images and links and embeds from such large amount of users. And removing every image can be unsafe.
P.S. For current case:
Text below links you selected translates as 'Listen to the audio clips below if you want to hear the essays that ordinary people are biting. :)'
Links refers to audio content, so this is a part of content, other images cant be indetified as ad (without human moderation of every post)
But I try to enlarge thumbnails on this links to display it better.
