Just few templates later I said that page is very large to generate IV (a many content that loaded using ajax, https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/ahaber.com.tr/template22/issue1/) and forget to remove code for this pages before submitting new version of template.
And I think you right that these pages possibly can be updated and they should not have IV.

The text "Gunun Konusu" in the title means "The subject of the day". https://translate.google.com/#view=home&op=translate&sl=tr&tl=en&text=G%C3%9CN%C3%9CN%20KONUSU
In this case, IV shouldn't be generated for such pages. All pages under /din-* shouldn't have IV, because they have the same purpose, to be updated daily, especially in religion days like Ramadan which is important for Muslims. As it seems, they didn't update these pages for a while but still "the subject of the day" makes this page possibly dynamic that can be changed suddenly but dont know when.
