This page currently no longer generates an IV due to a change in the website's layout, but before the changes to the site structure were rolled out, it was generating a corrupted IV. This was correctly pointed out here https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/aljwaal.com/template14/issue1/ and confirmed by us early in July.
